Guinea pig
guinea
Someone may also be called a “guinea pig” if they are a test subject for something new.
elephant in the room
the speaker is referring to a controversial topic that everyone can see but no one wants to talk about.
We enjoyed John’s birthday, but the elephant in the room was that we all knew he and his wife are getting a divorce
no one wants
no one (singular)
creatures
/kreet churz/
create
bait
found vs. fond
if people ARE fond of other baseball teams..
be fond of
どうも
found
talk about
You said: if I talk about for their divorce
Correct: if I talk about their divorce
ask about とask for
You said: we cannot ask for them
Correct: we cannot ask ABOUT them
ask for a hamburger
ask about a hamburger
